- Having recurring fear-based dreams of a specific person with whom you’ve had conflict in the past.
- Seeing shadows or feeling a presence around you that you cannot explain.
- Knowing that someone is dangerously jealous of you and either wants to take from you or destroy what you already have.
Once you’ve identified that you’re being psychically attacked, the next step is to take measures to protect yourself. Here are some ways to do that:
- Ground yourself every morning through meditation and focus on raising your vibration to a higher frequency.
- Visualize a shield of white light around your body to protect you from negative energies.
- Practice forgiveness and release any negative emotions you may have towards the person attacking you.
- Seek the help of a spiritual healer or energy worker to assist you in breaking the psychic attack and removing any negative energies attached to you.
- Remove harmful people from your life and distance yourself from those who do not have your best interests at heart.
Remember, a psychic attack is a real phenomenon, but with awareness and the right tools, you can protect yourself and overcome it.
