Introduction: In our society, we witness alarming rates of family breakdown, substance abuse, mental illness, and suicidal behavior. In the pursuit of a solution, individuals are often led to believe that gender transition holds the key to resolving all their problems. This concept, born from the promises of therapeutic liberalism, is propagated by a select group of influential individuals – affluent, highly educated, left-wing females. These individuals, often doctors, employ the wonders of modern medicine to engineer what they perceive as the ultimate form of oppression – the plight of the marginalized black transgender woman.
The Outsider’s Experience: Reflecting on my own journey, I can vividly recall my earliest inklings of gender nonconformity when I was around eight years old. As a black individual in America, I not only felt like an outsider due to my racial identity but also because of my divergent gender identity. It seemed that I was estranged from the prevailing norms of society, further reinforcing my feelings of otherness.
Medical Revolution and Intersectional Hierarchy: Within the walls of the Ellis Center, doctors have assumed the role of architects for a new proletariat, wielding immense authority within the intricate web of intersectional hierarchy. Their methods extend beyond ideological revolution, as they endeavor to alter the very biology of their patients. However, we must draw parallels to Mary Shelley’s classic novel “Frankenstein” to understand the potential consequences of science devoid of ethical and natural constraints. These doctors, who champion gender affirmation, can be seen as the postmodern iteration of Dr. Victor Frankenstein, offering salvation through transition but ultimately giving rise to unforeseen disasters.
Advancements in Genital Surgeries: A focal point of our work at the Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) is genital surgery, with one notable procedure called Pty that involves the creation of a penis. Led by Dr. Blair Peters, a plastic surgeon who prefers Kiva pronouns, OHSU specializes in fallow plasty (artificial penis creation) and vagina plasty (artificial vagina creation). Notably, we have introduced a groundbreaking robotic program for vaginal plastic surgery, allowing us to cater to two cases per day. This innovation promises to revolutionize patient care on the West Coast.
Nullification: The Symbol of Ideology: Among the surgeries performed by Dr. Peters and their colleagues, nullification stands out as the most revealing. This procedure involves castration or an ectomy, followed by the creation of a seamless skin covering from the abdomen to the groin, effectively reducing the genitalia to nothingness. While this barbaric procedure may be seen as symbolic of the ideology itself, it is crucial to recognize that nullification, derived from the Latin term “nula” meaning nothing, represents the profound nihilism that denies the essence of human nature in the name of progress.
The Perils of Denying Reality: Although this movement garners support from influential figures like Jennifer Pritzker and more, including Connolly and Blair Peters, who occupy positions of power and prestige, they are bound to encounter harsh lessons akin to Dr. Victor Frankenstein. Regardless of the advancements in their castration machines, these doctors cannot eradicate the reality of biological sex. Men transcend the bounds of creation, and their existence will inevitably evoke profound heartbreak and alienation. In a poignant parallel to Mary Shelley’s novel, we envision a future where the ostracized and betrayed monster succumbs to suicidal despair, drifting away on ice flows – an embodiment of Promethean hubris meeting its ultimate consequence.
Conclusion: The convergence of gender transition and medical advancements presents a paradoxical landscape. While proponents promise liberation and progress, we must critically examine the intricate web of consequences that may arise. By understanding the nuances and implications of this complex topic, we can engage in meaningful discussions that address the multifaceted dimensions of gender identity, medical interventions, and the preservation of human nature.
